The holistic concept of health is currently not only a trendy term but also a modern requirement which shows that our health and well being, to a high degree, depend on both ourselves and our lifestyle. During the yoga practise, the main emphasis is placed on searching for the inner balance and harmony with yourself. It is a condition, which when fullfield, helps us to find the harmony in the surrounding world. Yoga is one of the most complex and versatile form of health promotion. It touches each and every sphere of healthy lifestyle. In yoga's wider perspective, it refers to life postures, relations with other people and sensitivity to what we eat.
Eight Stages of Yoga:
There are two phases in the process of yoga: external yoga and internal yoga.
The first one can be described as a release and the latter as a creation.
The first one is “freedom from” and the latter is “freedom towards”.
